Dr Colin Eakin, Palo Alto Sports Medicine I have been treated by Dr Eakin for over 12 years including two shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery. His exams are thorough with hands on evaluation as well as carefully explained X-rays and MRI. I have complete faith in his judgement and also skills as a surgeon which are well known. I also appreciate his thoughtful communication and manner. His PA’s and nurses are also terrific. I wouldn’t be treated by anyone else for my shoulder and knee issues!
Professional, Personable and Relatable. Dr. Eakin quickly analyzed my Knee MRI and provided solutions and answered all my questions.
He may be a great surgeon, but he was VERY rushed, and very rough in his examination of me. His PA arrived 30 seconds ahead of him, and both Dr Eakin and the PA were talking to me at the same time. As a result, they got major facts incorrect. Both the X-ray and MRI technicians had the wrong information in their instructions, including the wrong shoulder to be imaged!
