My parents have seen Dr. Jeffrey Bachtel for decades. I knew he was nearing retirement, so 13 years ago when I left my pediatrician, I chose to continue my health journey with Dr. Drolshagan. He has a very kind, soft bedside manner, addresses concerns with honesty and tact, and I know he hears me when I bring up concerns or questions of my own. I feel comfortable as his patient, and that's not an easy feat to accomplish.
