RecommendedI received a class with techniques to make my second baby delivery experience an easy and more present one. During labor I used all of the positions, breathing techniques, help and advices and it definitely make a difference. Wish I had done it with my first baby as well. Very professional and focused on my needs. Thank you for a great experience, I recommend it or sure.
A place of unconditional love and acceptance. Meaningful for both the beginner with limited flexibility (me!) and the seasoned yogi. Irma has such a sweet style of teaching about her.

I visited Irma Burr last week and I was so impressed by her spiritual knowledge. She taught me how to meditate, which something I can now do on my own.. She treated my body with oils and sound bowls. I felt my whole body vibrate with the soothing sounds of the bowls. The aromas of the oils were delicious and relaxing. It was truly an amazing and spiritual experience. I recommend this treatment to everyone. You must experience it! Thank you Irma, Namaste ✨🙏✨
