SUPER responsive!! They picked up right away and got me scheduled fast. It made things way easier when we moved into our new home. I loved that I could call them for both plumbing and HVAC instead of dealing with a bunch of different contractors. Ask for Joe!
Couldn’t been happier with our 7 year rental from Coli Property Solutions. Beautifully built townhouse, wonderful landlords who would jump if anything went wrong or needed to be fixed etc. Always fair with rental price & increases. Joe (president) would answer my calls any day/night. Again, couldn’t of been better landlords. Highly recommended if their properties are available.
