We needed a handyman for a few things around our house in Paramus and found Coli Property Solutions. They hung a TV, power washed the front walkway, and caulked the bathroom and kitchen. Everything was done well and the guy they sent really knew what he was doing. Customer service was easy to deal with and responsive
SUPER responsive!! They picked up right away and got me scheduled fast. It made things way easier when we moved into our new home. I loved that I could call them for both plumbing and HVAC instead of dealing with a bunch of different contractors. Ask for Joe!
Couldn’t been happier with our 7 year rental from Coli Property Solutions. Beautifully built townhouse, wonderful landlords who would jump if anything went wrong or needed to be fixed etc. Always fair with rental price & increases. Joe (president) would answer my calls any day/night. Again, couldn’t of been better landlords. Highly recommended if their properties are available.
Coli Property Solutions was great to work with. I had ideas about a kitchen renovation and they not only took my ideas but made them better. Their team is professional, detail oriented and kept everything on schedule. We absolutely love our kitchen and wet bar! Thank you again!
