This is a decent place overall. Lived here for 6 years and never had issues with management, maintenence, or neighbors. Never had a break in, or anything stolen. Utilities are stable, a couple times we had power outages, but got fixed within a day. The courtyard is BEAUTIFUL in the late spring/summer, I could sit on the porch all day and just enjoy the view. I only moved because the cost was a bit out of my budget.

I Love it here!! It's Very convenient to shopping and restaurants within walking distance, very conveniently located between Division/395 & Newport Hwy off of Hawthorn in an established neighborhood that's always clean, quiet, has beautiful green yards, lots of trees, close to bus lines, you name it!
