Poor Service !!!
Having to wait for so long because some of the staff are jus BSing around, they don't have what is needed for an Iron infusion is horrible they need to train their staff, I hate having to come here, I only come because for now I don't have other options and I'm sick but if you have an option don't come to this place they don't care about patients

I believe Customer/Patient Care service is key to complete a great service. Well not the experience my aunt had at the West New York, NJ location. Personnel seemed unhappy and were very unpleasant We know that covid testing has to be quick due to the high demand, but it doesn't need to be unpleasant personnel. Had to call for results for my aunt because she needs it for travel.
