The office people are really great... (I don't remember their names .....however, once I introduced myself, they never forgot mine...I really liked that!) A gentleman and a lady helped me figure out the best size and explained everything clearly . The price was more than I wanted, however , the security provided on site and the costumer service was worth paying a bit more...
