Lousy Service, Mediocre Food Strike one, new ownership. Strike two, food made my wife sick (now she won't go there any more). Strike three, came when my daughter & I came one Sunday afternoon at 5 pm, and we were told that it would take THIRTY MINUTES to make our order (the place was NOT full, and there was no wait for the table). Fun and great food! Had their Clam Chowder at it was just amazing! Also had their ultimate burger and I've never had a burger with more flavor at a restaurant before. We don't go to Reno much, but when we do, we'll definitely eat there
Food not very good, took forever I don't have very many good things to say about this Restaurant. Firstly, they don't have very many things on the menu that don't include meat. Secondly, our food took forever and a day to get to our table, was cold, and didn't taste good. And the price for mediocrity was outrageous! That was our first and last time here, wouldn't recommend and don't plan on going back for another try.
Good Burgers its a fun place to hang out and eat good burgers and good milkshakes. and as you eat you can be entertained by the train stet that hovers above the entire place.
So much fun! They were really busy when we went there but the waitress and cook were a lot of fun and were really working hard. It took about 20 minutes to get our food but it was really good when we got it. It had a great feeling there because you can tell the workers take their jobs seriously and enjoy working there too. We liked it a lot and will come back.
Smoke anyone? Poor service and slow to accommodate. Chain smoking staff and owner take turns out in front of restaurant smoking. Burger was good when if finally arrived.
