We had a very good experience renting here. Maintenance requests were always complete within a day or two and we received our full security deposit back. People who are posting bad reviews because of little maintenance issues like staining or cheap door knobs need to understand they're old apartments and that's why the rent is half or less of what a new apartment rents for. Tour the apartment before you rent it and if it's not good enough for you don't rent there (there are better and more expensive places to rent all over).... read more
Probably one of my favorite apartments i ever rented. If you love the outdoors and being about 15 to 20 minutes from work at Menomonie or Eau Claire it is a great spot for you. Theres a trout stream and park that stretches into town right behind the apartments and a great area to walk your dog if you have one. The creek runs down into red cedar as a small waterfall under the bridge in town and theres several small lakes for fishing and kayaking nearby with river access too. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The management is biased. They have their own maintenance man living in the same residential space, which at first seems nice. But in all reality it comes back to haunt you. The maintenance man told me I should buy a lead for my dog so I didn't have to have her on a leash. Well I got in trouble for tying her up outside.
