I lived at Colfax Flats in a studio in Uptown for about a year. My experience with them was great! They are prompt with maintenance issues and are willing to fix issues both big and small. They are friendly and helpful and want you to have a positive experience. I only moved out because I found a roommate in a place in a different part of Minneapolis-I wish I could have stayed a few more years! I have lived here for nearly a year now and love it. Updated stainless steel appliances, counter tops, and cupboards make the place feel brand new. Unlimited laundry for $10 a month is also an added bonus. The landlord is great and addresses any problems right away. The communication between the apartment and the tenants is fantastic as well. Maintenance always gets things finished within a timely manner. I plan on staying with at home apartments for the foreseeable future!

I paid $865 a month for a one bedroom apartment (500 sq. ft.) here, and that did not include water. I think the best thing about this place was having a fiber option for internet, and they had a switch in the building so all you needed was a router at most. The kitchen was large especially for Minneapolis, I was able to fit a deep freezer. The water pressure in the kitchen is not good, I always had to use the hose on the side to clean dishes.
