I used to work with Colette Coffman and she is one of the most talented, gifted and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with... Trust me, a chef for over 35 years... She's the best!
I can't even begin to describe the delectable flavors we tasted in the salads, scallops and dishes from a baby shower in Venice Beach over the weekend. The presentation was simply jaw dropping, everything was beautifully displayed and the staff was so 5 STAR. Never using another catering company beside's Colette's. Simply THE best!

I recently had the wonderful opportunity to work with this great company. I dee jay weddings for a living, and it always make my job so much more pleasant when the staff I am working with is not only helpful but is smiling and happy to be there. Colette's Catering treated me like family, I'm sure the guests had the same experience. Tyler was very accommodating and down to earth. I'm looking forward to working with them again.
