I’ve been a customer of Nicolette for almost a year, primarily for haircuts. While her work is good and I was generally satisfied with the results, her attitude leaves much to be desired, making the overall experience unpleasant. My hair looks good but I left disappointed with the customer service. My haircut was scheduled for 9pm and that evening I got a message stating that Nicolette was running behind and asked if I could come at 9:15pm. I arrive at 9:13pm and end up waiting until 9:45pm as Nicolette completed the previous appointment. While waiting, I did not sense any urgency to get my appointment started. At the end of my appointment, I was hopeful I may be offered a discount to rectify the significant wait. Unfortunately a discount was not off... read more
