This is one of the best hospitals I’ve ever experienced clean very friendly staff and always on time I’ve never had a long wait time register and go right to the back. My care is fantastic…
I have 5* service from the care team. However the room I stayed in # 550 air conditioning cannot be controlled to desired level. The Nurses told me that the Administration knows this for that the 5th floor rooms temperature is difficult to regulate but they are not fixing the problem. I guess they don’t care about the patient like their care team does.
I was going through the most scariest time of my life when my fiance had 3 seizures this past weekend. From the minute we stepped in the doors he was taken care of amazingly. He had to stay in the neuro ICU for about 5 days. I stayed with him the entire time and was so happy with the level of care he received. They ran all the tests that they thought of, that we brought up, and explained everything so thoroughly.
