I’ve used Cole’s Plumbing twice, and Chad has been excellent both times. He responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled every repair professionally with quality workmanship and attention to detail. He fixed a deep line blockage, replaced bathroom sink plumbing, and repaired two burst pipes — all completed the same day at fair prices. Reliable service from start to finish. I’d definitely use Cole’s Plumbing again and highly recommend them!

We recently had Cole’s Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, and the entire experience was outstanding. Chad and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process and all of our options before getting started. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was up to code, including handling the permit and inspection process. Chad with Cole’s Plumbing was incredible! I had a water emergency with an outside faucet upon returning from vacation and had to turn off my water. I was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to find someone at such short notice. He came out the same day and fixed it quickly! Excellent service! I will be using them again!

I had an excellent experience with Cole’s Plumbing out of Carrollton! I’m located in Lewisville, and they came out to install a tankless water heater at my home. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and well organized. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure I understood how the new system works.
