I’ve used Cole’s Plumbing twice, and Chad has been excellent both times. He responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and handled every repair professionally with quality workmanship and attention to detail. He fixed a deep line blockage, replaced bathroom sink plumbing, and repaired two burst pipes — all completed the same day at fair prices. Reliable service from start to finish. I’d definitely use Cole’s Plumbing again and highly recommend them!
We recently had Cole’s Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, and the entire experience was outstanding. Chad and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the installation process and all of our options before getting started. Cole’s Plumbing came through for us on a Sunday when we really needed help. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were professional from start to finish. The work was done efficiently and everything was explained clearly before they started. It’s hard to find reliable service on a weekend, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. I definitely recommend Cole’s Plumbing and will be using them again in the future.
I’m a little late writing this review but I had a busted water line this past Sunday and called 3 plumbing companies before finally getting ahold of Cole’s plumbing on the first try. They sent out Chad right then and he was able to turn my water off and fix the busted pipe. Chad was so so nice and had everything he needed on his truck to make those repairs. I found my forever plumber and will be telling everyone I know just how amazing Cole’s plumbing is. Thank you Chad and sorry for the late review!
Chad from Cole’s plumbing has been so helpful for all my work. He is the most experienced plumber I have ever used. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is very reliable.
