Just to let everyone know, in reference to the post on 7/24/14, This customer added all kinds of stuff to the original bid and tried to get us to not charge her for the extra gas line she wanted run, the extra water heater she wanted, and many other extra's. We have been in business for 9 years and have a very satisfied customer base. Check out some of our reviews on Homeadviser.com.
I chose this business based on the estimate. After performing approx. 1/3 of the work, the owner, Steve Cole, stated he couldn't do the job for the amount quoted and that he would need at least 5K more. He also contended that several items were added to the contract that he didn't sign and he didn't know the shower would need so much water and water pressure(He IS the plumber right?).
