Fixed our HVAC efficiently, no issues.
We were quoted a flat fee for the preventive maintenance, and it was reassuring to watch the technician clean and inspect each component, explaining that the slight vibration I noticed last season was due to a loose fan belt which he tightened. The entire process wrapped up in about an hour, which felt efficient yet thorough.
After a week of consistent heating, I felt confident enough to share that they efficiently installed the new system in about three hours and left everything tidy. Their thorough explanation of the thermostat settings made it easy for us to adjust as needed.
The repair took just under two hours, which seemed fair given that they had to replace a faulty capacitor. A few days on, the system is running smoothly with no further issues.
When he noticed a leak in the portable A/C, he quickly replaced a worn-out valve and explained how regular maintenance could prevent similar issues. Two weeks later, it's still running smoothly without any additional leaks.
