This is a close knit community that has multiple regular festivities for kids and adults like Easter Egg Hunt, breakfast with Santa, park events... The are two pools, a splash pad, fishing ponds, trails, fitness facility, courts, 5 star elementary, playgrounds... WONDERFUL place to live!
This is just for the trails as I have not used any other amenities. Trail is nice. Feels safe and often see a lot of people on their morning Walk/run.
Nice community center. It's well maintained and clean. The facility is available to rent out for meetings, luncheons, etc. The parking lot is small but there is additional parking behind the gates if you have a code to get to that side of the lot. There is a shaded playground, pool, sand volleyball court, cornhole boards, and a long paced walking/biking trail just behind the clubhouse.
Great meeting with Cypress Creek Drainage Improvement District
Great little spot for various functions & meetings, especially if you're a Coles Crossing resident. There is a nice park, kids playground & a community pool that is open during the summer time as well.
