Had a great experience living at this complex. When we first moved in, Deja helped us with our lease agreement and I cant express more how helpful she was and has been throughout our stay. Anytime she you speak with her she’s calm and always willing to help.
Audrey is exceptional at the front. Always helping with any problems i have and answering amy questions asked upon.
I lived at this complex 2 times. The first time I’d have to say it was a 4/5. However the 2nd time the experience wasn’t as good. The customer service went down. I was disappointed that the customer service office was not a good. The reps didn’t care or they didn’t know how to answer questions. Next people were quick to assume. Any noise violations I talked to my neighbors directly which is disappointing. My older son was accused of living at my apartment even though he spent night for a few days and went to work out gym. We have genuinely had such a great experience so far since living here. And it all started with Deja Williams and here incredibly customer experience. She has consistently been in contact with us, making sure we are aware of all updates in the community as well as what are all of the services that are offered. They even helped us with our baby registry! I would recommend anyone to Deja and Cole’s Crossing!
