Late last night our upstairs ac went out. We called this morning and a guy was out within the hour. It was a simple fix thankfully. This is a small family owned business and they treat customers like family. We have used them several times over the past few years, even when our fridge stopped cooling. Highly recommend!

Driver/owner put pedestrians in harms way. Recklessly driving and cutting across multiple lanes of traffic long with the inability to stay in a lane or a straight line (drunk?). Reached out to the owner who said he was aware of what he did but said "I got to be somewhere I don't care." If a person cuts corners in one place they do in others, maybe get a professional, this guy is in a rush to get to the next billable.

Great AC and heating unit installed in my home and did a great job. I have passed Ricky Cole's name on to 2 of my friends and they also are satisfied customers!! Love this company and their workmanship!!
