It is sad how bad Colerain Oaks has turned out. My husband was military and we lived at Colerain Oaks back in 1997. The houses were all redone. new carpets, new cabinets, You walked into a pretty much brand new unit. If there was a problem with your unit day or night they had a great maintenace team that would come and fix your problem. The grounds were a nice place for kids to play.
