Awful experience over the phone. My husband called to make an appointment to get me new brakes and rotors and he was laughed at on the phone because of the way he speaks. He speaks with a deep, low, and slow type of accent and he was laughed at over the phone by the employee that answered. This is so extremely rude and degrading to laugh at a person for the way that they speak - or anything else for that matter. Couldn't figure out the problem said it was computer related. Had it towed to a dealer to have them put a starter in. Cost me an extra 1k cause of dealer prices.
