As a neighbor of one of the properties they manage, they do not screen tenants properly and will allow violent people in their units. Even with MULTIPLE families complaining they refused to do anything. This wasn't the first time neighbors called the cops on him either. I complained originally about the man in early September. Over the weekend, I was assaulted by the tenant while he was trying to puppy-nap my 14 week old pup.
Everything went so smoothly as we were walked through the process of buying our first home. Would highly recommend!

Scott, provided exactly the advice I was looking for in order to prepare the home (including recommending several contractors to solve a few problems - who were all fabulous), obtain an appraisal, reasonably price the home, and then manage the showing and sale process.
