New review: They have changed and kept the property in order. When I email regarding over grown trees they get the guys to trim them down. It seems like they are getting their tenants better now. Two new people moved in and they have been no problem to the community bond on our street. Old review: As a neighbor of one of the properties they manage, they do not screen tenants properly and will allow violent people in their units.
