I LOVED my little apartment. I just moved out and they have been nothing but a joy to work with, especially Nancy! I am so used to tenants trying to make up any excuse to take all of a deposit. They were so honest and gave me my deposit back, minus a tiny fee and they said I was a great tenant! Nancy has been so patient with me in answering all my questions. If you buy or rent from them you won't be disappointed.
I will start this by saying that this will be my first ever critical review of anything, and it’s only because I want to spare someone of my experience as a tenant under CRA management. I had a relationship change which required that I find a rental prior to my next home purchase, which may mean my expectations were higher than the average person. I couldn't be happier with Scott Colemere helping my husband and I through the process of finding and buying a house. He is knowledgeable in today's market. Gave us lots of good advise. He also answered all our questions in a timely manner. The communication was great between Scott, my husband and I. This was a confusing process for us and Scott was there through it all. I would highly recommend Scott and Colemere Realty.
