3 weeks and still no time on glasses, went from 7 to 10 days, 10 to 2 weeks, now wont give money back,
very busy place but gets you in and out in a good amount of time. staff was very nice. and took the time with my 2 year old daughter to fine her the right glasses. the company didn't accept any of the Missouri eye insurance. So I had to pay out of pocket.
I’ve been coming here for several years. Love the doctors, they are wonderful! Front staff, not so much. Supposed to have an appointment this week and never received a confirmation call. Called today to double check and found out the doctor won’t even be there the day of my appointment. Guess they were just going to let me come in for my appointment and then tell me. I have had other minor issues with the office staff misplacing my glasses in the past. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
