You don't really know how good a company's customer service is until you have to deal with something unusual. A billing error was corrected as soon as it was pointed out, and an immediate refund from Coleman was finally credited to my bank account when my bank got around to it. Coleman will get my business from now on.
The ad on your web page says new z400 starting at 99.00 for 60 months is false advertising. I spoke to walt Davis this morning. And he says that 99.00 offer was not for the z400. It is sad that a person can not trust even what is written in print. Or this case in an add.
