The kubota part I ordered was incorrect due to a production change identified by the serial number. Problem is when I googled the part, it came up with my exact model number so I ordered it. Since reporting the problem that it is the wrong part I was told that I should have gone to their parts view/parts list where the serial numbers are listed. I disagree. I was looking to buy a Kubota and spoke with Jed Clark on several occasions regarding my purchase. At the end of the day I went with a used Kubota that was more local as I live in Illinois. Thru the entire process Jed was awesome to deal and helped me every step of the way. When I told him I went with a used one instead he was more than professional and understanding. I recently bought a 2501 Kubota from Coleman Tractor Company, dealing with Jed Clark. I have bought a lot of new vehicles and motorcycles over the years, and this purchase was by far the best sales experience I’ve ever had. No kidding. Called from out of state to get a quote on a new tractor. Jed Clark was very helpful and took his time to explain the differences with a couple tractors I was interested in. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought one Kubota tractor package and had an extremely poor service experience that was only resolved when I involved the owner. I gave them another chance to sell me a new one and they were not only extremely more expensive than Dickson Farm Sales but they also made me feel like they were doing me a favor selling me a tractor. No thanks
