I recently bought an L3901 from them and it was incredibly easy. I live in Central Kentucky and got everything set up by phone. Whenever I called someone answered the phone and were able answer any questions I had. So when I showed up my tractor was ready to go. I would definitely recommend them when buying Kubota.

I would recommend Coleman being up front and honest a few days ago I would have had to think about it before answering due to a few bumps in the process. While trying to buy something like this right now during cv19 makes it twice as hard and things will be tied up in shipping etc which I have no issue with. As far as the bumps in the road go they were handled lightning fast from my first review. Wish I could but I still have not received the tractor. Seems like every week they have something in and just wait on this but then the following week they allegedly have the item you were waiting on the week before and now waiting on a different part. I keep hearing yup we have your tractor but I have not seen any proof of that. And over a month still waiting which is making me wonder if I should go else where for a different brand of tractor. On July 22nd 2019 I bought a new z421 60” mower. I was told it would be what I needed (it was not) it has been trouble since it got 8hrs on it. It’s been in the shop three times in a year. And every time it’s the same problem. What happens is the drive belt comes off and it breaks the fan on the pump and the tension spring falls off when this happens. So I took it back and they inspected it and told me it was my fault that debris got in it.(it’s a lawnmower it’s going to get debris in it). So they wouldn’t cover it under my ... read more
