Absolute trash. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt regarding their terrible ratings but they should be even lower. They barely answer the phone, they DO NOT call back so don’t bother leaving a message. The address listed for this “business” is a home address. DO NOT waste your time with this scam.

So I decided to call Coleman Services in December to book an appointment for maintenance and to tell me where the filter was in my attic because I purchased a filtration system. So they sent Nick which was very nice. He answered any questions that I had which I was grateful for. In the middle of maintenance he showed me a picture of a capacitor reading that said my capacitor needed to be replaced and it would be $200 flat fee. He also said while checking the HVAC outside some fuses blew but he fixed it?? I still got heat aft... read more

I paid them $550 to come out and service my unit they also told me it had to be off they came out allegedly service the unit when I discovered the unit wasn't properly heating tried to call them back was impossible they don't answer the telephone and to come and check the service that they already did they wanted to charge me an additional service fee I find this very unacceptable and their slogan is a joke

Dont call them. U may still be waiting for service DAYS, MONTHS, YEARS AFTER THEY SAY THEY ARE COMING. Save yourself the stress and agrivation and call someone that WILL actually show up. COLEMAN SUCKS
