Called on 12/15/25 because downstairs unit was not working. Tech(Nick) came out on 12/16/25 letting me know that I would need a new unit. My unit is pretty old, so this did not surprise me. I requested estimates for a new downstairs unit and a new upstairs unit because they are the same age. I told him that I would more than likely replace the broken unit downstairs first and the upstairs a few months later.
