Most definitely a loyal customer for about 15 years. Today I had a new AC unit and a new furnace installed in my 20 year old home. Tony and staff made the process easy. All of my how, when and who was answered before asked. Overall great experience. Highly Recommended.
Coleman Services recently installed a new Heat & Air system in my home and i am absolutely thrilled with the result. Tony Coleman was a joy to work with. As a working man myself, i really appreciate the way he runs the company. Its rare to see someone who actually truly cares. Also have to mention the staff they were great.

This company has consistently provided quality, professional service. They are very detailed and respond to requests promptly. The office staff is very professional and courteous. I've waited to write a review on our experience for a few reasons. The main one being the service, follow-up, didn't match-up to what was being sold/told right out of the gate. There's a disconnect between the Coleman office and the field team that keeps the customer caught in the middle. Working with a home warranty company is not easy on either side.
