I had a positive experience with this establishment previously. However, since Meg's departure, I've encountered several issues, including a failure to adhere to scheduled appointments, a lack of proactive rescheduling, and an inability to obtain answers to inquiries. Additionally, communication with external pharmacies appears to be limited. The level of service has declined significantly and requires improvement.

I went there to get help with anxiety, depression over my mom and from middle school into highschool, and ADHD. I had to ask what kind I had and it isn't even on my medical records but bipolar is lol this place is a complete joke. They gave antidepressants for depression and ADHD but I told them they weren't helping me at all they said give them time. I was on them for a month and stopped cause my doctor told me too. I moved and am now at van wert going to westwood and that seems to help a bit more then Coleman's ever will.
