I don't know if my name is ringing bells at Coleman but I'm not at all satisfied with the service I've received from the Youngstown office or the the warren office my case manager is receiving a income for what I haven't heard from this guy or any information help or advice I would love to know what is his position title means to a person who is disabled and is of need of help
Called after and Erin spoke to me. No answer. Which is really typical of this company as I quit several years ago. Access women would make fun of those who need help. Don’t ever, ever, trust these people.

I have been a client here for maybe 8 years. The first prescriber overmedicated me. My current prescriber did take me off most of the medications at my request. I rated Coleman 1 star because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a message to your prescriber between appointments. The support staff is horrible. The nurse is not helpful. They had a helpful nurse at one time. She has left. The replacements are bad. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Do yourself a favor; don't go to Coleman.
