If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is supposed to be helping my children’s father and they have done almost nothing. No one will call him or I back. I’m spending money I don’t have to keep this man alive, and that’s not my job. I have 2 children to take care of by myself. You have funds for him but no caseworkers to help him. What the hell is wrong this place? His SNAP benefits were never reloaded in September. No one will help. His paper from JFS says he approved until 10/31/25. No help. They are supposed... read more
Amanda takes care of their funding at the Trumbull location and she does a fantastic job. She went out of her way, and took extra steps to ensure I had the resources I needed. My call with her was brief, but she still went above and beyond and I am truly grateful. She is well educated and understands what she needs to do to execute and resolve a problem & I’m thankful I got to speak with her bc without her I wouldn’t have gotten my issue resolved !!

I don't know if my name is ringing bells at Coleman but I'm not at all satisfied with the service I've received from the Youngstown office or the the warren office my case manager is receiving a income for what I haven't heard from this guy or any information help or advice I would love to know what is his position title means to a person who is disabled and is of need of help
Called after and Erin spoke to me. No answer. Which is really typical of this company as I quit several years ago. Access women would make fun of those who need help. Don’t ever, ever, trust these people.
