If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother has been in a mental crisis for 3 days. They have been no help and just want to put her in the first place with a bed available without looking into the quality and care she would be getting. Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Terrible communication. Has caused my family extreme stress during a stressful time. The lack of professionalism is truly unacceptable here.
