Lots of turnover lately. I tried to stick it out with this practice despite practitioner changes thinking mindset would be in line with previous providers. It is not. If you are seeking functional medicine care, this office once was great, but I can no longer recommend them. I am being very brief in my review. I waited for over a year before leaving this feedback. The front desk personnel is so bad! They are so uncooperative and insensitive to patient’s situations. Im not going there anymore. I thought with some changes they made, things would improve but i found out that this isnt the case!
I am switching doctors! I was seeing Rachel Bonner, she was great! My last visit was with Dr Coleman and she did not make me feel confident at all. And the front desk is SO RUDE, not the slightest bit friendly or helpful. They didn't even say goodbye before hanging up on me.
Great stuff. Great nurses. I feel like everybody knows what they’re doing.
