Knowledgeable, quick, up front... only "issue" is i wish i didnt get my bike back with finger print and oil marks all over the side of it. Other than that i'd recommend them.
Good customer service - little pricey and delayed in getting parts but they did a good job
Jonathan from sales was great! Told him i would be coming near closing time and was willing to wait even if i wasn’t buying anything yet, explained everything well, and even told me what are key things to focus on when it came to my purchase, even bought me and my wife bubble tea!
Had a really bad experience with ronald apparently the shop former he has no respect to customers and doesn’t even know how ask for something nicely. Drove 2 hours just to get yelled out and cussed out.
Bad service doesn't go unnoticed and won't go unspoken of. I went in to the merc and parts department looking for a new helmet. The sales rep informs me that all Icon helmets on the tower were on clearance for 120, ALL of them. Great! So I pick 2 was interested in. After bringing them to the counter the salesperson tells me they will be 185 per helmet. I say, but you told me these were 120. He let's me know his manager walked past ans quietly let him know the price will be 185 and not the price they were advertising. What?! ... read more
