Dr Boon is arrogant, dismissive and unwilling to listen to her patients when they voice their concerns. Her "receptionist" ben is highly inappropriate - discussing patient details in clear ear shot of other patients and discusses intimate details of patients with other patients who happen to be family members. Tina is absolutely woefully uneducated, and arrogantly insistent on her correctness, despite her knowledge of mental health being horrifyingly inadequate. I was told they are not taking on any new patients. Even with a renal specialist recommendation to see Dr Tina Boon as my GP for ongoing issues. Very Disappointed.
For a number of years, Mr Ben and Dr Tina Boon have provided my husband and I and many family members with outstanding medical assistance and support. The customer service provided is second to none. We are very fortunate and very grateful to both of them. :)
