Does anyone know if this place does walk ins? We have our 5 yr old that complained today at school about a ear infection. He needs to be seen tomorrow.
I am dumb founded as I read the 5 star reviews. I truly wish our experience was better. Took my husband to the ER yesterday evening for severe tooth infection causing his blood pressure to skyrocket. The visit was extremely stressful but was finally seen by Jack Reynolds and prescribed antibiotics. We expressed he is allergic to several and has difficulty with several and he was able to take a certain one but was told clindamycin was their go to for tooth infections and would probably be better for what was going on. The dr at first didn't want to listen, I scheduled a yearly physical and another non emergency appt for my son. In which the dr was rude and didn't listen to what our concerns were just focused on the one aspect we weren't there to consult about, my sons weight. My son needed his toe looked at and his yearly in which the dr begrudgingly did the toe but not the physical. I wish the dr had more tact in discussing the issue he focused on and was not so dismissive in what I had scheduled the appointment for in the first place.
Dr Atwood and his staff are very professional, kind and very compassionate about their care!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
