Dr Coleman is excellent. He treated me for several years until I moved to another state. He was kind, caring, listened to my needs & concerns. He explained everything regarding my care. He truly is excellent & if ever I were to return to Louisville I would definitely see him .
The person that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. You may want to think about customer service skills as the only thing we can do right now is call.
