Took some jewelery in on a Saturday to get an insurance appraisal done. Clerk told me it would be done Tuesday or Wednesday and they'd call me when it was done. I called them on Thursday since I hadn't heard anything. The owner told me it would be done on Friday after 3pm. I went in at 345pm and it still wasn't done. I took a 2 carat diamond into this jewelry to have a mounting made. I chose the picture from a catalogue. It took him longer than he said to make the mounting. I picked up the ring and paid in full. Three weeks later, I just happen to look down at my hand and the 2 carat stone was missing. I called Coleman back and he said he was not responsible for the missing stone.
