Heat Pump Installation We asked Coleman heating to install a heat pump to increase the efficiency of our furnace as well as for the air conditioning. They were efficient and professional. They determined the best location to place the heat pump, as well as provided information and suggestions to ensure the logevity of the system. They also send out reminders for service to help ensure the system is maintained.
Furnace installation The guys installing our furance were very fast and efficient. They were in and out in no time at all. The furnace works great and it was a great deal. They showed us all the switches and parts we should pay attention to, how to change the filter and how to light the pilot light. They were very attention and detail oriented and I would recommend them.

Heat Pump/Furnace I have had nothing but issues with my furnace and heat pump since Coleman installed the unit. I finally went to another company who brought in a Lennox representative who examined the system and repair that had been made by Coleman. The Lennox representative was awesome and extremely helpful. He identified numerous safety issues that had been created by Coleman (by-passing several important safety features) and found that they had replaced the main blower in the furnace with the incorrect part. New Boiler The new boiler I bought from them is unable to heat my home if the temperature drops below 2 degrees. They claim the boiler is more powerful than my old boiler but it does not heat my home when it is cold. They claim an outdoor thermostat that is provided by Veissman does not work. They did try to resolve the problem, but when they couldn't figure it out they just abandoned the situation unresolved. Furnace installation It was getting colder and 3 months into our new older home, we started to use our furnace. It was time to replace it as it was leaking gas. Coleman Heating (through a Costco promotion) came in with a full crew and did the job faster than originally stated. Some of the guys were a bit young but they were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up all the mess they made and made sure all my questions were answered before they left. Very happy with the work.
Heat Pump/Ducting Coleman installed a heat pump on an existing furnace. A/C continuously froze up. They blamed our ducting. We paid them to fix the ducting issues. A/C continuously froze up. They did some repairs to the heat pump on warranty. A/C continuously froze up. They made more repairs on the heat pump on warranty. A/C continuously froze up. Heat Pump Installation This summer during the week of heat our house was unbearable, I called many companies and Coleman Heating was the only one that called me back and came out right away. Now I have a wonderful heatpump that will cool us down in the summer and help us affordably heat our home in the winter! I cant believe I suffered so many years without. The guys were great and super friendly. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone! A job well done!

upgrade the sale consultant was very thorough and the installer were very accomodating and took they're time to assess the best installation options... they were fast and efficiant with they;re service... they also removed all the old peices... and since then had no problems since.. we will highly recommend them

furnace installation My furnace installation was acceptable, but there were certain things that I was not pleased with. First of all, the estimator said that the exhaust pipe couldn't be placed under some windows on the 2nd floor. The installers placed the pipe directly under these windows, saying "it was good enough". Also I discovered after they left that the furnace wasn't aligned properly with the walls and other things in the furnace room (it's visibly crooked).
