New Furnace & Hot Water Tank This review is a long time coming. Coleman replaced our aged furnace & hot water tank nearly 2 years ago. Their response to our request for a quote was prompt and they came when promised, without delay. The gentleman who came to do the quote was very informative & professional. Ours was a tricky replacement due to the limited space and configuration of the existing furnace and hot water tank. They were able to handle these challenges. Furnace Replacement Jeff and the boys were awesome. Searched and fixed previous issues created by another company, gave good advice, were honest and stuck to the quote, cleaned up, arrived on time. Jeff was very patient and answered any and all questions. Very pleasant experience. Would happily recommend.

Very Professional Crew I had my original furnace replaced and a new A/C system installed, as well as an upgrade to my air return. The crew was on time, very professional, and the installation is very clean. I would highly recommend them.

Installation of High Efficiency Napoleon 9600 Furnace Superb Service..Had a 8:00 a.m. appt. today. Jeff, Will and Clint showed up exactly at 8:00 a.m. Removed our old 15 year old Tappan Furnace, took away and installed a Brand New Napoleon 9600 High Efficiency Furnace and were out of here a little after 11:00 a.m. The guys filled out the FortisBC rebate application with instructions of how to apply. Air con and Furnace I had an Air-con and furnace installed 3 years ago by coleman, and while at the time I was very happy with them and their work some issues have come to light recently. They sub contract their electrical work to a company called Macrae Power, who seemed to forget they needed to get a permit and then randomly submitted a permit 2 years after the job was done. It's very rare that there is ever a issue , in this issue everyone did there part except the city , neglected to inspect the job in 2015 when the permit was pulled . We care a lot about every job we do and our customer satisfaction .

Veismann 100 annual maintenance - above and beyond Coleman has been doing our annual service on our 10 y.o. Veismann boiler, just the routine, plus ignition electrode replaced, was all completed in a timely manner Friday am. But the next morning after the guys left there was no hot water, with an F5 code showing, being Saturday we weren't hopeful we would have warm showers for the weekend.
