These fricking machines never work. Wasted 3.50 at my local carwash in modesto to shampoo my floormats. Not ONE DROP of soap came out. There is no phone number to call for help. This is the second time, out of two times, this has happened.
They have long lasting equipment and are able to send out parts for really old products. Their quality is impeccable!
The worst customer service tech support I have ever experienced. After buying a site with your equipment and needing to rehab it and you are completely incapable of returning a phone call or email??? I'M TRYING TO BUY PARTS AND EQUIPMENT FROM YOU!!! Why wold anyone buy your products if you don't care about them enough to call them back. I will be removing all your equipment and buying from another company. Eight calls and 2 emails from me to you over the past 2 months and you cannot return any of them???? HACKS!!!
