Purchased windows and was told I had this great warranty. When the rubber gasket in between the window panes starting coming out, showing through the glass I called them. The service guy with a straight face told me that it was not a window failure ibut a glass failure and the glass company had gone out of business! Tough luck for me! Please go somewhere else.
