I am so pissed off with this clinic! My mother went in to this clinic today and they bruised her upper arm with a blood pressure cuff...not sure why they need to take a blood pressure for a regular checkup. As an EMT, seeing the bruises on my mother when she got home from a dental appointment was extremely upsetting! This was not a root canal, or anything the required anesthesia, it was a checkup!
The wait times are low-key what makes this place 80% of a miss and 20% of a hit. The past reviews about front desk staff are the same too, some are nice but generally are pretty irritable. And with the standard officer posted up in the front who generally looks annoyed, they all do, I'd be too. Either way, wait times are weird and the appointment system is pretty much flawed.
Demasiada personas trabajan aquí y es en vano, es muy lento toda la atención así llegues 15 minutos antes de la hora de tu cita, y llenes los molestos formularios rápido, se tardan más de 1 hora en atenderte y luego solo se tardan 5 minutos cuando están atendiendote, ya estoy pensando en otro sitio porque es muy lento aqui.
