They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
