I paid $162 for nothing to fix my problem. You cleared my codes for a Service Air bag code that I could have had done at a part store and have done at a part store to see what to have done at your dealership. You didn’t find the sensor to replace to fix my flashing Service Air bag code but u charged me.. And didn’t fix nothing
I had a great experience. I called on a Saturday 5 minutes before they closed and the salesman said don’t worry head on in and he’d take care of me. At that point the knew who was getting my business. He didn’t have to stay but chose to. That there shows that they are willing to go over and beyond to service their customers. I plan to do more business with them in the future.
This is my second vehicle from Cole Valley Chevrolet. Tyler has always treated me well. Dana in finance was a pleasure to work with! I will be sending future business to Cole Valley Chevrolet! I love my new vehicle!
