It took a day or so for them to return my call, but was informed that the car I wanted had been sold. I did call them again about another car a few days later. But I did not receive another call back.
Great experience, fair trade in value for my trade, found a good interest rate for me, even stayed past closing to finish paperwork.
My experience atCole valley Chevrolet was pleasant and friendly. Rodger returned my calls & answered my questions. I purchased a nice 2017 ford escape at a fair price, seems like a good vehicle but time will tell. I plan on doing more business with cole valley Chevrolet and Rodger. I will recommend them to family and friends.
They very helpful They really understand in and tried to locate different cars for me but at the time I'm not ready to purchase a car thank you very much
The Salesman Did Call nice conversation
Contacted me promptly.
I keep getting the run around. No one knows if it's sold or not. I call and drive to the lot and never get a real answer. Some days it's sold and others it's not. I'm done with this place! How hard is it to know if it's sold?
Heather was very nice and responded right away. Unfortunetly the car was sold before I could get there to look at it.
The dealer response was quick and helpful. We decided to wait awhile before we purchase so we didn’t go check out the car
