I'm not from here, but they helped me out right away. I didn't have time to wait for the party. It was non essential so they made it so the issue wouldn't continue to cause me problems so I could get on my way and didn't pressure me to do anything else. I appreciate that. Very kind. Took my tire in to be fixed. With it still leaking 2 days later, I had them re-check it. I had ran over another nail one day after them fixing it. And when my car was still shaking after the tire fix, they came and got my car from work and took it to be fixed. Very good people to work with!
Had 4 tires put on, one of old tires was to be spare. Didn't check until a little later. Left shredded tire on wheel and no spare. Went back and charged another $22.00 to switch shredded to a good tire. Don't believe we should have to pay for their mistake.� ***Update***. Jeremy called and after explaining and talking it out, giving us a refund for the extra tire change. Very satisfied with them now.
We recently replaced all 4 tires on our vehicle. Jeremy and his team were very good to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

My car was dead when I needed to go to work n Sunday morning. I called Cole street service first thing Monday morning, Mike came to my house and helped get it jumped to take it to shop to diagnose. It was my battery, they installed it and had my car back before 2:00. Excellent service!!!!!
i was driving to hesston today when i had a right rear tire blow-out. i drove into moundridge knowing my tire was 'shredded' ..... or i should say shredding.... i walked 1/2 block down the street from where i stopped my car --- to Cole Street Service . walked up to a guy, told him ' i'm in a terrible mess'... that i needed to be in hesston for clinicals at 4pm... now 415 pm .... told him what was going on THAT WAS IT... he (Jeremy) took my keys, went with another guy , put donut on, ordered a new tire to be put on tomorrow -... read more
