I came in to inquire about an apartment, and the woman at the front desk, who I believe was named Kamryn, was exceptional. She had a beautiful, welcoming smile and was very friendly and helpful throughout the interaction. She even took the time to walk me through the first-floor amenities so I could get a better sense of the building. Her professionalism and hospitality made the experience very pleasant.
Sign up to suffer 2 months out the year. As you see in the email sent several days ago, the office does not look into incoming heat waves to activate cooling or heating. They literally let us have uncomfortably to DANGEROUSLY high or low apartment temperatures several weeks out the year and stand behind “average night temperatures” to justify neglect. Pros: renovated, very spacious apartments. I have two big bedrooms and a large living/dinning space. Well built and quiet. Friendly neighbors and staff. Stuff gets fixed very quickly. Central location, easy to walk downtown and to the metro. Cons: They really need to invest in the gym, which has been neglected for years...
Lived here for a year. Moved out to due to a new job in a different state. For the most part it was fine. I had a studio and it was spacious and affordable. The kitchen was a joke and the gas stove seemed a little sketchy due to lack of ventilation but as a single guy it wasn't anything batch cooking and induction hotplate couldn't fix.
