Matt Cole was not helpful
Terrible!! They obviously only care about taking people's money . Very immoral and unprofessional. They do not hold up to what they say. They obviosly hire people who dont even know the company's correct address. And use a second property management name that looks and seems fraudulent. "Coq Au Vin Properties"
If I could give them zero stars I would. Please Please avoid this company all together. DO NOT pay them an Application Fees. They are all very Unprofessional and I agree with the other reviews below very shady and untrustworthy. This has been my own personal opinion and perception since helping my friend who was doing business with them in getting a rental property. The entire process from start to finish was a horrible.
