Absolutely horrible customer service, incredibly difficult and so frustrating to try to work with. I have been in contact with them since November to get my child in for search therapy. They take WEEKS to respond. Then finally try to set up an evaluation and tell me it’ll be over $400 after my insurance. As a single father of two, I don’t have $400 available right then and there. They say it takes a village, and I am so incredibly grateful that this was ours. Watching Eli thrive in ways I never thought possible has been the greatest gift. We are so sad to say goodbye as we move to a new city, but we’re taking all the progress and memories with us. Thank you to the amazing team at Cole health for everything!

Have been trying to make an appointment for months. When I call they say they will leave a message for Yanelly to reach out by the end of the day and schedule but this never happens. In the last two weeks I have called almost every day and nothing comes of it. Moving on~
Cole Pediatric Therapy in Schertz has been a God-send for my 3 year old autistic daughter. The staff is caring, patient and very communicative on her therapy and progress. They also use the Brightwheel app so I can stay engaged with them throughout the day. This autism journey is new to me and the Cole staff have been very supportive and helpful along the way.
