Cannot recommend Cole more!! We just completed our speech therapy here and everyone was so kind and attentive, I have to give a special shout out to our speech pathologist Waylee, she was the BEST and she is the true reason my son was able to graduate speech in just 6 months! She gave him the tools he needed, worked with him at his pace, adjusted everything to his level and gave me excellent feedback to help him continue progress at home. Absolutely horrible customer service, incredibly difficult and so frustrating to try to work with. I have been in contact with them since November to get my child in for search therapy. They take WEEKS to respond. Then finally try to set up an evaluation and tell me it’ll be over $400 after my insurance. As a single father of two, I don’t have $400 available right then and there. They say it takes a village, and I am so incredibly grateful that this was ours. Watching Eli thrive in ways I never thought possible has been the greatest gift. We are so sad to say goodbye as we move to a new city, but we’re taking all the progress and memories with us. Thank you to the amazing team at Cole health for everything!
Gold standard for therapy. The staff is kind, understanding, and does their job to the best of their ability everyday.
Have been trying to make an appointment for months. When I call they say they will leave a message for Yanelly to reach out by the end of the day and schedule but this never happens. In the last two weeks I have called almost every day and nothing comes of it. Moving on~
