Rude staff, high turnover so your kids are bounced around alot, barely on time for appointments, and does NOT give any warnings before completely removing your child from the system and taking away their appointments. Horrible and disappointing experience, longevity of the client means nothing to these people. I will be looking for alternative therapy places so my child hopefully doesn't need to return. Love this place! Everyone I've encountered here from the front desk to many of the therapists are super friendly! Everything seems very organized and communication is excellent. Anytime they have to cancel appointments, I'm notified well ahead of time and they have availabilities lined up for make up appointments that work for my schedule. My child has seen many different therpists and they are all super friendly. My child has improved significantly since starting services here which is the ultimate goal! Very poor management. It has been a complete waste of time and I will be seeking care elsewhere for my child. It has been almost 7 weeks trying to get an appointment since referral from my child's pediatrician. You only will receive text messages to respond. After I respond by email, text and even leave voicemails, I have not received a single phone call back.
